Biggest Loser Competition Autumn 2011

 

 Biggest Loser Competition Package include the following:
 
·         12 weeks full membership for Killarney Sports and Leisure centre
·         Individual exercise programme development by qualified instructors
·         3 Nutritional Consultations with qualified nutritionist
·         Small Group Fitness Classes
 
Criteria:
Biggest Loser Competition  is opened to anybody with the Body Mass Index higher then 27
By Signing to the competition you agree on the following:
 
1.       To be willing to take measurements of weight, height, BMI, Body Fat, Circumferences of chest, arms, waist, hip, thighs, calves
2.       To be willing to do health screening check prior to the competition
3.       To take pictures after every month of the competition (may be done by competitors themselves after agreement)
4.       To attend Group fitness classes and Nutritional Consultations on regular basis
 
Sign in fee:
€250 per person
Competition is open to 12 current members of our centre and 12 non members.  Sign in Date: Monday the 15th of August 2011
