Have fun and partcipate in 2 or 3 classes per week. You are able to participate at your own pace and are always in charge of your ride and how hard you work. Fit Bike is a form of low impact cardiovascular exercise and minimizes the wear and tear on the joints; which enables you to participate frequently. The goal is to participate in different forms of cardiovascular activity to focus on working the larger muscles from different angles. This will also allow the muscles worked to recover from the workout and be prepared for the next ride. You will also maximize results by combining a minimum of 2 days per week to focus on resistance training.

As of Monday 24th Oct, bikes for spinning can be pre booked before the class. You may book as many weeks in advance as you like.
