Our Aqua Fit classes are our most popular fitness class at Forest Park Leisure Centre, that's why its on FOUR times a week so there's no excuse for missing it!

Body Tone is a high tempo class to music, its great for burning body fat!

New for 2011! Bums & Tums classes are relatively low intensity classes designed to improve fitness and work on the bum and stomach area.

Pilates is a great way to relax and exercise at the same time and is suitable for all abilities and age groups.

Spinning classes are just like riding a bike - except in a a nice dry studio with a group of like minded individuals and some great music!

Step & Tone classes are one of the most popular forms of aerobic workout and have been around now for over 30 years! They are great for burning calories, losing weight, building lower body strength  and improving your cardiovascular system as well as improving your coordination, balance and flexibility.
