Spinning

Our Spinning classes run on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7p.m. 

Spinning classes are just like riding a bike - except in a a nice dry studio with a group of like minded individuals and some great music!

Spinning is a great class that's completely adjustable to the participants ability and work rate. You can control the resistance from the Spinning Bike and the rate at which you pedal so its easy to take a break if you need too. That's not to say that the instructor won't put you through a good workout though!

Places in our Spinning classes are limited and the classes are very popular so arrive early!
