Our Step & Tone classes run on a Tuesday and Thursday evening at 8p.m. and a Friday morning at 11a.m.
Step classes are one of the most popular forms of aerobic workout and have been around now for over 30 years! They are great for burning calories, losing weight, building lower body strength and improving your cardiovascular system as well as improving your coordination, balance and flexibility.
Classes are completely adjustable to your ability. We use a height adjustable step (pictured below) that can be easily changed depending on the level of workout or your ability and the choreography of the class is adjusted.
The moves and steps involved might seem complicated and difficult at first but the class instructor can work with you at a pace that you find comfortable.
