Gym

Our new gym extension is now open!

The 200 square foot extension is accessible through the original gym and offers a dedicated weight training area and creates a even more pleasant workout environment!

New equipment includes a Power Rack, new adjustable benches, new dumb bells and new free weights and plates.

Our gym is now equipped with over 30 pieces of equipment and more is on the way!

We've created a dedicated abdominal training area and the repositioning of equipment makes for more space in the gym!

We've also installed mirrors on the wall of the Dance Studio!
