Fitness Class Timetable

We run a variety of fitness classes for all levels and abilities and we are always looking for new classes and ideas!
 
Bums & Tums  runs each Monday and Wednesday evening at 8pm, and Friday mornings at 10am.

We also offer classes like Body Tone, a high tempo class suitable for all levels and fantastic for improving your fitness level and body toning.

All classes last for 45 minutes and places are limited. Always arrive at least ten minutes before a class is due to start. Those who arrive late may not be admitted.
