Our adult swimming lessons cater for all levels and abilities from complete beginner to advanced lane training.

As adults we have the life experience that can often hold us back when learning new skills, this can make learning it difficult for adults learning to swim for the first time.

With this in mind we keep numbers in our adult lessons down to help building confidence easier. To help even more, there's an instructor in the water also!

For those who did learn when they were younger and now want to brush up their skills our improver/intermediate and advanced lessons could be for you. In these levels you'll be learning to improve technique and stamina to help you swim further and more easily.

Adult Lane Training

If you want to improve you technique, stamina, get fitter and swim faster then why not try Adult Lane Training?

The six week course runs on Thursday evenings at 9p.m. and costs just €42. Designed specifically for competent adult swimmers this course aims to build upon skills you already know without teaching you how to swim.

Places on the Adult Lane Training Courses are limited and are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Contact Forest Park Leisure Centre on 053 94 24849 to book.
