Under 18's Lane Training

Every Friday evening at 7p.m. our Under

18's Lane Training is designed to improve stamina and swimming technique as well as introduce swimmers to races and competitive swimming without the commitment of having to join a swimming club.

The training is aimed a competent swimmers under the age of 18, although they do not have to have completed the whole swimming lesson programme at Forest Park Leisure Centre.

The lane training session is 60 minutes long and you only have to pay when you come - not for a whole session, year or term.

It costs just €6.25 per week. For more information contact the leisure centre on 053 94 24849. Booking for the Under 18's Lane Training is not necessary.

Please be aware that all children who are new to our swimming lessons may need to be assessed prior to a booking being made. This can be done during any public swimming session, see the centre timetable here.
