Swimming Lessons for

Schools

The National School Curriculum now includes the provision of swimming lessons for all children during national school years.

At Forest Park Leisure Centre we offer swimming lessons to national, secondary and special needs schools for all abilities. Lessons are available from 9a.m. until 5p.m. Monday to Friday at all times throughout the school year.

Our maximum capacity per lesson is 70 children at an excellent average ratio of 1 instructor to 10 swimmers. If you would like to bring more than 70 swimmers please contact the Swimming Coordinator to discuss arrangements.

Pre-booking is ESSENTIAL. If you would like to discuss costs or to make a booking  on behalf of your class, school or parents council please contact the Swimming Coordinator at Forest Park Leisure Centre on 053 94 24849. Bookings cannot be made with individual parents on behalf of a school group.

If you would like specific information regarding your child's school swimming lessons please contact your child's school as information regarding a specific school's swimming lessons will not be passed on to individual parents. This is in accordance with Forest Park Leisure Centre's Child Protection Policy.
