Pump and Sculpt
This barbell class strengthen and tones your entire body. Fab for the girls and guys as this excellent workout is designed to achieve an overall toned look.
Aqua Aerobics
Combines variety of techniques including walking, jogging, jumping along with various arm movements against the resistance of water. This workout also incorporates equipment such as flotation devices to bring the resistance to even higher level. In addition to the standard benefits of exercise, the use of water supports the body and reduces the risk of muscle or joint injury.
Step
Energising Step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you create a challenging workout which will definitely help to shape and tone your body.
Fit Ball
Fit ball challenges your body in new ways helping to strengthen and build up the “core” muscles, which stabilises and play major role in maintaining good posture. It is fun so try it!
50 and Fab
This full body training is for all of you that have passed the mile-stone of 50. It is low to moderate resistant workout especially suited to keep you flexible and help to prevent Osteoporosis and Arthritis. Meet new friends and workout with a smile.
Spin
An indoor cycling workout, where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Sweat and burn to reach your endorphin levels high. If you have not tried a Spin class you have not lived!

Rebounding
