Please note that we have a 24hr booking policy. This means class bookings will start no earlier than 24 hours before the class takes place.

Pilates is a 7 week course - please contact us for availability.

A minimum of 4 people required for any class to commence.

 No Admittance to class 5 minutes after start time.
