CORAL COUGAR GYMNASTICS

This is an introduction to gymnastics course for kids aged between 4 and 12 years of age. No experience is required to participate in the class.

The class provides your child with the opportunity to improve their fitness levels, flexibility and co-ordination skills. It is exciting and fun for kids as they learn new moves such as forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, splits and many more of the basic skills to build and improve their gymnastic ability. They will learn the basic moves and skills required to work on the beam and vault.
